The Beauty of Purpose
My personal journey to becoming Mrs. World – shaped by candid reflections, evidence-based strategies, and the courage to rediscover inner growth.

July 2025
With her powerful message “Curiosity over Criticism – How to Harness Our Inner Voices,” Dr. Julia Schnelle was named one of the Top 20 finalists in the prestigious Germany’s Next Speaker Star competition in July 2025.
As a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, international speaker, and former Mrs. World, she combines scientific precision with emotional depth. Her two-minute impulse talk on the role of inner voices in shaping personal development, relationships, and resilience struck a meaningful chord with both the audience and the jury – illustrating how psychological insight can quietly and effectively inform the way we live, lead, and connect.
This recognition reflects her ongoing commitment to fostering understanding, self-reflection, and genuine dialogue – across disciplines, stages, and life stories.
June 2025
In June 2025, Dr. Julia Schnelle was formally appointed Ambassador for the Culture of Dance Sport during the elegant Schlossball at Wilhelmshöhe Palace – a distinction bestowed upon her in recognition of her longstanding dedication to the values of movement, expression, and cultural heritage.
“I am profoundly grateful for this honor.
To be entrusted with the role of Ambassador for the Culture of Dance Sport fills me with both pride and deep appreciation.”
For Dr. Schnelle, dance has always represented more than mere motion – it is a language of presence, discipline, and inner strength. A silent dialogue that transcends words.
As a former elite athlete, she understands how physical awareness and discipline shape confidence. As a physician and therapist, she bears daily witness to the healing power of rhythm, music, and embodied expression – especially in moments when words no longer suffice.
“Dance connects people, cultures, and generations.
As an ambassador, it is my intention to illuminate the beauty, depth, and social significance of this art form – in my home region and far beyond.”

May 2025
In May, Dr. Julia Schnelle was invited to attend the prestigious equestrian event Pferd International Munich in her capacity as an official Pink Ribbon ambassador.
As part of a distinguished roundtable, she joined celebrated equestrians Dorothee Schneider and Selina Söder, along with renowned author Gaby Hauptmann, for an in-depth conversation on the meaningful role animals play as companions and facilitators of support – in everyday life, in therapeutic contexts, and in the multifaceted identities women embody as mothers, riders, and individuals.
The day culminated in an elegant benefit evening in support of Pink Ribbon Germany, where heartfelt advocacy, social responsibility, and the elegance of equestrian sport came together in remarkable harmony.
“Our bond with animals creates space for communication, trust, and self-agency – especially in moments when words fall short.”

At the beginnig of this year, I had the honor of welcoming the next remarkable woman into the Mrs. World family.
